Leigh Weaver, founder and Senior Manager since inception in 2006.  Responsibilities include review and approval of all strategic decisions involving markets and financing of strategic objectives. In addition, Weaver is GCLLC’s Director of Design for "In House" Residential Projects.
 
James M. Sutton, founder and Senior Manager since inception in 2006.  Responsibilities include risk management policies based on contractual relationships, insurances, subcontractor protocols as well as executive oversight of the company’s safety program in conjunction with GCLLC’s Safety Coordinator in the field.

 

David Miller, Director of Development and Project Management, has represented both Owner / Developers and General Contractors in managing multi-family and commercial projects primarily in the Southeastern United States. For GCLLC, Miller adds a sensitivity to project feasibility and land development. In addition, he enhances our capability in budgeting through completion.

James R. Martin, Construction Manager and Safety Coordinator (OSHA 30 certified), is also a qualified General Contractor in the State of Florida. His 22 years in the construction business has included work as a Superintendent for multi-family residential, large scale renovation, high- end single family homes and light commercial, as well as experience as the owner of a framing business for 10 years.
